Thanks for sharing this tip, I have tried it and it works like a charm.

Can you perhaps comment on using Java Script inside Morfik when the Java Script represents something that is visual, like the calendar found at the link below.

Some, like Peter, my self and a few others, are working to spread the word about Morfik.

I have just started inviting some people to join a user group (morfikdev.ning.com) and there is now a blog dedicated exclusively to Morfik at http://www.morfikwatch.com.

On the spot. Morfik is taking up slowly. Fundamentally this is a marketing issue. As far as I see the team wants to mature the product to a point where it has clear advantage over competitors. I do believe that 2.0 is a major milestone in this respect. There are a few key elements that inhibit wider acceptance:

virtually zero marketing: up until now a few trade-shows and conferences, thus word-of-mouth is really the only option (so please go and spread the word:-);
being a closed source product at this age is definitely making OSS lovers unintrested;
Morfik being a small company does not help either to convince CIOs;
still missing some breakthrough applications to show the potential;
lack of third-party commercial support - probably we (PannonRex) are the (almost) only one offering services;
missing a true community building regime: communities do not just emerge, they need dedicated people to man the deck.

Just a couple of reasons. I still believe that with 2.0 it is time for Morfik to establish a more serious marketing campaign and then success will come.

Being out there for some time now, in different guises and prices, how come there’s so little talk about Morfik on the internet? No user groups, no independant sites, hardly anything.
It looks like a great product. Am I missing something?

Morfik 2.0 is truly innovative. With version 2, Morfik moves beyond having great compiler technology to also having a great design environment.

The Morfik AppsBuilder 2.0 design environment goes a long way towards retiring Photoshop as the tool of choice for everyday website design.
