What we collect
If you contact us through the form or by email, we receive the details you choose to send — typically your name, work email address, company and the description of your enquiry. We do not ask for special category data and would prefer you did not send any.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to manage the resulting business relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and, once an engagement is agreed, the performance of a contract.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, we do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not use your enquiry to train any model.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we enable analytics, it will be a privacy-preserving, cookieless measurement tool that records aggregate page views without profiling individual visitors, and this notice will say so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Records connected to a contract are kept for as long as Hungarian accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. We respond within one month. Write to us at experts@pannonrex.com.
