Practical questions
Can we combine several services in one engagement?
That is the normal shape of our work. A typical engagement might be an AI readiness assessment followed by a build, with two embedded engineers alongside your team for the rollout.
Do you work fixed-price or time-and-materials?
Both. Fixed price suits well-defined scopes such as an audit, an assessment or a contained build. Time-and-materials suits open-ended product work, where we cap spend per sprint so the budget stays predictable.
What size of client do you work with?
From startups to large enterprises and nonprofits. The common thread is a system that matters to the business, not a particular headcount.
